Q: How do I pack my equipment and ship it to Rick Electronics?

A: Put the item(s) in a plastic bag with the paperwork. Choose a box that will allow for at least two inches of packing material on all sides of the item being shipped. Slightly overstuff the box with packing material before sealing it. The idea is to compress the packing material so that when you shake the box the item being shipped canít migrate from the center to the edge of the box and subsequently be damaged by impact.

Q: Do I have to pay for the shipping charge?

A: For manufacturer warranty repair, you only have to pay your shipping charge to us and we will pay the return shipping charge.

For non-warranty repairs, both forward and returning shipping charges are your responsibility
